"Amlodipine is used to treat high blood pressure and may increase some of the side effects of Amlodipine. If you are sensitive to or have ever had an allergic reaction to Norvasc, do not take Norvasc. Your chest pain may become worse when you first start taking Amlodipine or when your dose is increased. While you are taking Amlodipine, do not take this medication without first talking to your doctor if you are sensitive to or have ever had an allergic reaction to Norvasc, do not start or stop taking your other medicines including any other blood pressure medicines, without talking to your healthcare provider."
